Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and dental x-rays - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform patient assessments and record medical histories - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records - Computer friendly - Provide support in various dental procedures including restorative, endodontic, periodontic, and oral surgery
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Dental Assistant program or equivalent experience - X-ray certification required - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members and be bi-linugual Spanish and English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping Note:
