Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Examine building condition and repair or replace broken or defective or equipment and install or operate machinery and equipment.
Perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning.
You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facility is tidy and functional.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
Install appliances and equipment.
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Check functionality of safety systems.
Install or remove television, radio, or sound system.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures including preventative maintenance of equipment.
Maintain records of repairs or improvements per job specifications.
Follow established policies and procedures regarding sanitation, security, and order in buildings.
Other duties as assigned.
